Terms of Ordering and Delivery of Flower Arrangements<\/strong><\/h2>\n

All orders placed through the GARDEN SHOP flower store\u2019s online shop, direct email, phone call, or in person at the flower shop are subject to the following terms.<\/p>\n

Please read these terms before ordering a flower arrangement.<\/p>\n

Ordering<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You can order a flower arrangement by phone, in writing via email (sent directly to our email address or by filling out the online form on the GARDEN SHOP website), or in person at the flower shop.<\/p>\n

By Phone<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Call us and experience the kindness and professionalism of our florists firsthand.
Order one of the products listed on our website or describe your idea in detail, and we\u2019ll do our best to create the arrangement you envision.
During the call, we will agree on the necessary delivery details and the method of payment (please see payment options below).
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours<\/strong> before the desired delivery time.
In some cases, ordering, payment, and delivery may be completed on the same day.<\/p>\n

Online (via electronic form)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

To order online, click on the online shop and select one of the available arrangements. Each arrangement includes a price, code, and short description. Once you’ve chosen your arrangement(s), click \u201cAdd to Cart.\u201d
When you’re done shopping, click \u201cCart\u201d in the top right corner, then click \u201cCheckout.\u201d
Enter all the required information and choose your preferred payment method.
You\u2019ll receive an automatic confirmation email with a summary and status of your order.<\/p>\n

Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Card Payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Card payments (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard or DINA) are processed securely through AllSecure doo and Raiffeisen Bank using the certified AllSecure Payment Gateway<\/strong>, simply by entering your card information.<\/p>\n

After entering your card details and confirming the payment, the bank will authorize the transaction, and the order will proceed to preparation and delivery. The amount will be reserved on your account and unavailable for other purposes.<\/p>\n

The transaction will be finalized and the funds withdrawn only once the products are prepared for shipping and handed over to the courier<\/strong>.
If the payment is not completed within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and deleted. Reserved funds will then be released and available again in your account.<\/p>\n

Please check with your bank if your card supports online payments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All card data is encrypted via SSL protocol<\/strong>, uses tokenization of sensitive data, and complies with PCI-DSS standards<\/strong>. The flower shop does not have access to your card data at any time.<\/p>\n

3D Secure Protection<\/strong><\/h5>\n

AllSecure Payment Gateway complies with top global data security and privacy standards. All merchants using the gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection<\/strong>, ensuring secure transactions. Card numbers are never stored on the merchant\u2019s system.<\/p>\n

PCI DSS Standards<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The system is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified \u2013 the highest industry standard for protecting cardholder data throughout the transaction lifecycle.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If a refund is required (partial or full), it will be processed exclusively via the same VISA, Maestro, MasterCard or DINA<\/strong> that was used for the payment.<\/p>\n

Conversion Statement<\/strong><\/h4>\n

All payments will be processed in Serbian Dinars (RSD)<\/strong>. For cards issued by foreign banks, the dinar amount will be converted into the bank\u2019s settlement currency (EUR) using the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. Your card issuer will then convert this amount into your local currency.<\/p>\n

\n

International Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For payments from abroad, we recommend Western Union<\/strong>. The money is received within minutes of sending.
Western Union has a global network of 225,000+ agent locations. After the payment, you must provide us with the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)<\/strong>.
The fiscal receipt will be sent by post to your address.<\/p>\n

Payments from Serbia<\/strong><\/h3>\n

PostNet Electronic Transfer<\/strong><\/h4>\n

One of the fastest and safest options in Serbia.
After placing an order (by phone, form, or email), we will provide instructions for filling out a PostNet form<\/strong>.
Once the payment is made, send us the payment number. We verify it before delivering the order.
A fiscal receipt will be sent by post.<\/p>\n

Business Clients<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For payments via bank transfer, contact us at +381 11 3347 907 or +381 64 151 23 42 to receive a proforma invoice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n

GARDEN SHOP will deliver the ordered flowers primarily to the person listed as the recipient.
If that person is unavailable, delivery may be accepted by someone else at the address \u2013 if they agree to it.<\/p>\n

Once the flowers are delivered, we will inform the sender via phone or SMS.
The sender must be available at the scheduled delivery time in case any issues arise.<\/p>\n
