Terms of Ordering and Delivery of Flower Arrangements

All orders placed through the GARDEN SHOP flower store’s online shop, direct email, phone call, or in person at the flower shop are subject to the following terms.

Please read these terms before ordering a flower arrangement.


Ordering

You can order a flower arrangement by phone, in writing via email (sent directly to our email address or by filling out the online form on the GARDEN SHOP website), or in person at the flower shop.

By Phone

Call us and experience the kindness and professionalism of our florists firsthand.
Order one of the products listed on our website or describe your idea in detail, and we’ll do our best to create the arrangement you envision.
During the call, we will agree on the necessary delivery details and the method of payment (please see payment options below).
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the desired delivery time.
In some cases, ordering, payment, and delivery may be completed on the same day.

Online (via electronic form)

To order online, click on the online shop and select one of the available arrangements. Each arrangement includes a price, code, and short description. Once you’ve chosen your arrangement(s), click “Add to Cart.”
When you’re done shopping, click “Cart” in the top right corner, then click “Checkout.”
Enter all the required information and choose your preferred payment method.
You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with a summary and status of your order.


Payment Methods

Card Payment

Card payments (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard or DINA) are processed securely through AllSecure doo and Raiffeisen Bank using the certified AllSecure Payment Gateway, simply by entering your card information.

After entering your card details and confirming the payment, the bank will authorize the transaction, and the order will proceed to preparation and delivery. The amount will be reserved on your account and unavailable for other purposes.

The transaction will be finalized and the funds withdrawn only once the products are prepared for shipping and handed over to the courier.
If the payment is not completed within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and deleted. Reserved funds will then be released and available again in your account.

Please check with your bank if your card supports online payments.

All card data is encrypted via SSL protocol, uses tokenization of sensitive data, and complies with PCI-DSS standards. The flower shop does not have access to your card data at any time.

3D Secure Protection

AllSecure Payment Gateway complies with top global data security and privacy standards. All merchants using the gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, ensuring secure transactions. Card numbers are never stored on the merchant’s system.

PCI DSS Standards

The system is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified – the highest industry standard for protecting cardholder data throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Refunds

If a refund is required (partial or full), it will be processed exclusively via the same VISA, Maestro, MasterCard or DINA that was used for the payment.

Conversion Statement

All payments will be processed in Serbian Dinars (RSD). For cards issued by foreign banks, the dinar amount will be converted into the bank’s settlement currency (EUR) using the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. Your card issuer will then convert this amount into your local currency.


International Payments

For payments from abroad, we recommend Western Union. The money is received within minutes of sending.
Western Union has a global network of 225,000+ agent locations. After the payment, you must provide us with the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
The fiscal receipt will be sent by post to your address.


Payments from Serbia

PostNet Electronic Transfer

One of the fastest and safest options in Serbia.
After placing an order (by phone, form, or email), we will provide instructions for filling out a PostNet form.
Once the payment is made, send us the payment number. We verify it before delivering the order.
A fiscal receipt will be sent by post.

Payment via General Payment Slip

You can also pay by making a bank or post office deposit to account:

Business Clients

For payments via bank transfer, contact us at +381 11 3347 907 or +381 64 151 23 42 to receive a proforma invoice.


Delivery

GARDEN SHOP will deliver the ordered flowers primarily to the person listed as the recipient.
If that person is unavailable, delivery may be accepted by someone else at the address – if they agree to it.

Once the flowers are delivered, we will inform the sender via phone or SMS.
The sender must be available at the scheduled delivery time in case any issues arise.

Delivery issues (considered delivered if):

  • The recipient refuses to accept the flowers

  • The address or recipient details are incorrect

  • The recipient is not at the address and others refuse to accept the delivery

The sender will be notified, and if no solution is found, the delivery will be considered completed.
The sender may pick up the flowers from the shop within 24 hours, at their own expense.

Special Institutions (e.g. hospitals)

For places with special delivery policies (e.g. hospitals, maternity wards), the arrangement may be handed over to staff (nurse, security, porter), with prior agreement from the sender.
If delivery to patients or employees is not permitted, and the sender provided inaccurate information, no refund will be possible.

Flower Substitution and Availability

We strive to match the ordered flower arrangement as closely as possible to the one shown.
However, we reserve the right to substitute one or more components, while maintaining the same quality and style.


Privacy Policy

By using the GARDEN SHOP website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer to avoid unauthorized access.

GARDEN SHOP guarantees complete security and confidentiality of your personal data, which will be used only for order fulfillment and will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Accurate and complete personal information is necessary to ensure successful service.

GARDEN SHOP will not disclose the sender’s identity to the recipient, unless the sender includes their name in the message.


Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order via online form, phone call, email, or in person at GARDEN SHOP constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
